Founded in 2017 by Iain Carter, My Will Company aims to become Sussex’s leading Estate Planning Company. Iain is My Will Company Managing Director he is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection advisor having worked in the financial services industry since 2006, and has built up a substantial amount of knowledge in the mortgage and insurance market. As My Mortgage Company has grown over the years it has become apparent that there is a need for an Estate Planning company to make sure families have the adequate protection in place when it is needed most.

REBECCA SHAW – ESTATE PLANNER

Rebecca first qualified as a professional esate planner in 2006.  With over 12 years’ experience offering estate planning services to families and individuals all over the UK, Rebecca will listen to your concerns and work with you to find the solution that best meets your needs.  Whether you are worried about what happens if you loose capacity, how to minimise the Inheritance Tax bill your family will have to pay or how to ensure your assets are passed down your bloodline and not diverted by re-marriage, Rebecca will help you find peace of mind.
